Mr. George Martin died on Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge.
He was 81.
Born in Englewood, NJ he moved to
Verona in 1980.
As the owner of the Fanny Morse Company in New York City, he served as the Manufacturers Rep for over
100 lines of giftware.
After retirement, he was a School Crossing Guard for the Township of Verona.
Mr. Martin was a member of the Masonic Lodge and a Past Exalted Ruler of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks Lodge 2271, both in Englewood.
He is survived by his wife Jean
(nee Cooper) Martin and his brother Kenneth McIlwaine.
